Access is granted to named users at authorised participating organisations. Credentials must not be shared, and role-based permissions must not be circumvented.
Participants agree to submit accurate trading data for the restaurants covered by their subscription, to correct identified errors, and to notify RMI of changes to restaurant characteristics that affect comp-set classification.
RMI may exclude data that fails validation, and may suspend benchmark delivery where submissions are materially incomplete.
Benchmark outputs may be used for internal management, board reporting, lender and investor reporting, and professional advice obtained by the participant.
Outputs may not be resold, published as a commercial dataset, or presented as the participant’s own independent market research. Attribution to RMI is required where figures are reproduced externally.
Participants must not attempt to identify, infer or isolate the performance of any individual competitor from aggregated outputs, and must not combine RMI outputs with other datasets for that purpose.
Benchmarks are derived from data submitted by participants. RMI applies validation and suppression rules but does not audit participant records, and outputs are provided for management information purposes rather than as assurance.
Subscription term, fees and notice periods are set out in the applicable order form. RMI may suspend access for breach of these terms.
