Founding Partner Programme

Help establish the restaurant industry’s independent performance benchmark

Benchmarking requires density. RMI is working with a defined group of restaurant operators to establish sufficient coverage in priority markets before wider release.

The proposition

Shape the standard you will be measured by

Founding Partners influence how restaurant performance is defined and reported: which measures are primary, how trading days are treated, how comp sets are constructed and what a credible sample looks like.

In return for early participation, partners receive preferential commercial terms and priority in market coverage decisions.

  7. 07

    Dedicated onboarding

Assisted mapping of restaurants, trading definitions and submission process.
  8. 08

    Confidentiality review

Finance, legal and data teams walked through validation and suppression rules before submission.

What participation involves

A weekly submission, not a project

Most partners begin with a single weekly file covering trading date, net revenue, covers and the food and beverage split. Integrations can follow once value is established.

RMI does not require access to your EPOS, your reservation system or your accounting ledger to begin.

Discuss Founding Partnership

Conversations typically begin with coverage in your markets, the data you can supply today, and the confidentiality framework applied before anything is submitted.
